Fault: All embroidery heads have no disconnection detection function (Note: If set to the state of engraving, the first needle has no disconnection detection).

Inspection, adjustment and judgment methods:

1:

(1) Check whether the connectors of each disconnection detection board are connected;

(2) Check if the disconnection detection capability is set in the menu;

(3) Determine the presence or absence of the disconnection start signal and the clamp signal by checking the disconnection start indicator (L36) and the clamp signal indicator (L35);

(4) The control board is faulty.

Troubleshooting: Correctly set or replace damaged devices and faulty boards.

2: Use a voltmeter to measure whether the DC 12V power supply of the disconnection detection board is normal.

If not, replace the power supply.
